Garrett is an Assistant EC and Assistant Radio Officer. Garrett serves several functions in RACES but primary is he acts as our equipment coordinator.

Hal is an Assistant EC and Assistant Radio Officer and is also responsible for administrative
functions for RACES such as Policy and Procedures, Member
Communications, Records and Application processing.
